Mark will get back to you and set a time to come look at the work. He will walk the job with you, talk through the options, and give you a free estimate. If it is a small job or a list of small jobs, he can often quote it and schedule it in the same visit. If there is something about the project he would handle differently, he will tell you before you commit to anything.
What to include when you reach out
The more you can tell him up front, the faster he can give you a useful answer. Helpful details:
- 01 What the job is, in plain terms. A list is fine, and small items are welcome.
- 02 Where you are located, or at least the part of town.
- 03 Rough size or scope if you know it. Square footage, number of rooms, deck dimensions, how many items on the list.
- 04 Your timing, and anything that has to happen by a certain date.
- 05 Photos, if you have them. A couple of pictures of the room, the damage, or the space often saves a trip.
